Refunds & Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your stone pendant must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of the product, the following conditions apply:
- Customized Stone Pendants: Any pendant made to your specific design or personalization requests cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged.
- Used or Damaged Pendants: Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery cannot be returned.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Stone pendants with minor signs of use.
- Any pendant not in its original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary.
- Contact your bank to check for any delays in posting the refund.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced stone pendants are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace stone pendants if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your pendant for the same product, send us an email at and mail your item to: .
Gifts
If the stone pendant was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift during purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, and they will be notified about your return.

Please Note:
- You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your pendant. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned pendant without tracking.
